Ben, a former NCAA Division I ice hockey player, brings his competitive edge to the real estate industry. He enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients and utilizing his experience to help them navigate the commercial real estate markets. Ben has developed a keen sense of real estate asset valuation and enjoys providing guidance to both buyers and sellers.
Coming from an entrepreneurial family, Ben understands the business owner mindset and strives to provide the best in class service through his relentless hustle and creativity. He prides himself on a strong work ethic in everything he does and seeks to provide his clients with the service he himself would want as a buyer or seller.
Ben’s transactional experience includes working on sales of both stabilized and distressed properties, including Multifamily, Senior-housing, Manufactured housing communities, Hospitality, Office, and Land.
Background & Experience
Prior to joining NAI Farbman Investments Sales team, Ben spent much of his life chasing his dream to become and NHL hockey player. Ben’s involvement in the game of hockey taught him the importance of teamwork and leadership which he utilizes in his business interactions everyday. During his hockey career he invested in multiple commercial real estate assets and single-family homes causing him to fall in love with the real estate industry.
